Doyle carries JJs to fourth quarter comeback
Milton Doyle has led the Tasmania JackJumpers from a 13 point deficit in the final quarter to a victory against Melbourne United.
The All-NBL first-teamer, Doyle had 14 points (four 3PM) in the fourth quarter alone, carrying the JJs to a 2-1 record to end Round 2.
He finished with 25 points, eight rebounds, one assist and a steal in 33 minutes of game time, including five three-pointers.

Goulding started off the game hot with two threes inside the first four minutes, including a pull-up in transition. He would score 12 points in the first half (4 3PM), but would not score again in the game.
Jordon Crawford scored the JackJumpers’ first 10 points in the contest. Tasmania would finish the quarter with only six points not scored by the five foot six guard.
The game would remain close throughout the first half, having two-point and one-point gaps at the first two breaks.
The JackJumpers hit the lead for the first time since the game’s early stages, halfway through the third after a Milton Doyle mid-range jumper. But Melbourne United would take an eight-point lead into the final term (61-53).
United would push the margin to 13 points early in the final term (the biggest of the game), but Milton Doyle would catch fire. He would be Tasmania’s closer, hitting a clutch three with 20 seconds to go in the game.
Shea Ili would have a chance to tie the game with 10 seconds to go with an open corner three, but he would miss and the JackJumpers would win by five.
